SpaceX, Anthropic, and OpenAI’s hot IPO summer

The IPO market is making a comeback, but the companies leading the way have changed. FAANG had its moment, but a new acronym is now taking center stage: MANGOS — Meta (or Microsoft, depending on your source), Anthropic, Nvidia, Google, OpenAI, and SpaceX. Half of that group is set to go public within the same timeframe, creating a stress test for investors, valuations, and what we can realistically expect from a public tech company in 2026.

In this episode of TechCrunch’s Equity podcast, hosts Kirsten Korosec, Anthony Ha, and Sean O’Kane break down what this IPO wave really means beyond the headline numbers, and who stands to gain.
